Plus it also makes me feel good that I think I have good situational awareness, at least until the next time a JLAV rams into me successfully. I think I can actually count on just one hand the amount of times I've been blown up by a JLAV.

OP: ADJ, (OVERPOWERED): (1) Performs outside of its intended role. Example: rail gun turret which is a more efficent infantry killer than a blaster turret. (2) Having no counter other than itself. Example: A drop ship carrying high altitude bombs that can only be killed by another bomber. You might also want to add shield rail tanks as an example to #2. The only way to counter a shield rail tank is with another shield rail tank. Good luck destroying it with either missiles or a blaster (though I'm against giving blasters much AV capabilities). Even still, a blaster tank should be able to wear down a railgun tank by dancing around it long enough.

I usually end up destroying the JLAV a few more times and then they simply give up. There was one game where this one person kept trying to JLAV me the whole game, but I'd always get him.
I think I'm honestly going to miss JLAVs. They are a true test to a pilot's battlefield awareness. I've only been blown up several times, and I felt no rage. Even if there was some rage, it was just momentarily. Getting soloed in one clip by proto AV pre 1.7 would've made me rage a lot more.
There was even this one JLAV which I ended up helping in blowing me up. I managed to get a lucky missile hit on the driver and killed him out of the seat and the LAV rolled to a stop right in front of me. I decided to blow it up on the spot, but unbeknownst to me, I ended up blowing up a JLAV right in front of me which made me blow up in turn haha!
Oh and there was another JLAV that circled me multiple times before blowing me up. Initially, it came towards me dead on, but appeared to swerve at the last moment and avoided me. I thought "OK, must be some terrible driver that doesn't want to be blown up." I only thought this even more as he circled me as close as possible and I thought that he was avoiding my missile turret so he wouldn't die. Then he managed to get just the right speed and tapped his corner into me and boom!
