I honestly did not know Railgun tanks could aim down sights. I kept pressing L1 but IT NEVER WORKS!  Any suggestions
I run Default controls. And please don't hate me, I counter tanks

It is the L3 button and it works for all vehicles.
Incase you don't know L3 is clicking the left analogue stick.

Can't help it if I'm being torn up close by Madrugars and Gunnlogis. Or I don't play FW and thus can't get even a missile turret.
Oh, and I have torn up a STD Soma with a Militia Soma up close.
