After the enemy leave the area you unclock and pick your guys back up who are now on the enemies flank and ready to surprise attack them. Not sure how you're arriving at the 25.17 number... are you including a complex profile damp with max profile dampening skill? Does it reflect the 25% bonus while cloaked, because if so, that number is only true part of the time. In any case, you will be picked up by any scout suit with max precision enhancement skill and two complex precision enhancers, none of which you'll notice because they all start with a base profile of 35.
