Now...
in other words-
-Fix Amarr Scout bonus 15% per level
-Make Caldari Scout bonus to +5m range per level instead of 5% (5% in the end gives it about 5m more range)
-FIx Caldari Assault bonus and make it 5% module efficiency of shield modules per level.
-Change Amarr Assault to 2H/4L... It makes way more sense since now you are making it more armor focused.
-Reduce price of LAV- 30k isk for a freaking LAV that dies in 2.5 secs is stupid. (costs more than a viper). Also, there is no difference between Saga 2 and Saga.
-Buff Swarm Range
-Buff sniper rifle damage by 20%
-nerf HMG Rof to 2000
-Nerf blaster range
-Nerf Railgun elevation, Rof and Distance to 400m
-Make proto medium frames cost 75% of the specialized frame.
-reduce price of proto weapons so an Assault RR cost 47k isk and regular costs 28k. (like the sniper rifles and forge guns). 77k isk for a freaking specialized weapon is stupid specifically for weapons like breach, burst, and tactical AR.
-Reduce price of small turrets. 100k isk for a proto small railgun is ridiculous.
-Nerf PG costs of kinkatz
Note: Didn't really talk about tanks because I don't want to argue with crutch defenders. |

That's a good thing, That means Your HAV will be indestructible by friendlies and you will get it back at the end of the match. |

No, It's returned unless enemy gets it destroyed. Recently some dude killed me took my python and kept it alive the whole match. I got it back after match ended. |

why?
A passive scan radius skill gives 5m more meters at level 1 than a level 5 caldari scout skill. |

Also, what if you can't use it? Maybe you should just get an "isk ransom" in which you give the tank back, in exchange for the isk the tank cost.
Say my tank got hacked, enemy took it and kept it alive till the end of the match. I will get my tank back if it is alive. |
