I get a kill cam type view about every third of fourth game, I die and the camera will follow the merc that shot me and a few times I think it even zoomed in because the camera is in a different place than I died and it is following a merc around.

I don't know what propaganda you were fed about killcams, but killcams are a bad idea. Hell, they're a bad concept altogether. I don't know who it was who first invented killcams for games in general, but I hope that person is realizing the error of this concept.

All the more reason killcams are bad, mmkay?
Anytime I see anyone thinking seriously about wanting to implement killcams into Dust, my first thought is that such a person obviously doesn't want to put in any effort at all in searching for the sniper or the sneaky person who killed them. They just want easy mode and nothing more.
To make matters worse, there are people out there that actually believe killcams are a useful learning tool. That argument is nothing more than a complete lie to try to sneak in killcams into the game so that easy mode is finally implemented and snipers and scouts are ruined after that.

This is how it works with DUST but with a macro... You toggle it with a hotkey.. It's a system to be abused..
Though if everything was black and white like that video it would be nice and easy :D |

Last kill of the game kill cam? :o would make people start being creative with their last kills. If i had the chance of my last kill showing up i would throw on a scout RE suit find the nearest heavy, play with him a lil with a smg and then RE him when he turns the corner :D
