I thought anytime after downtime earlier today was okay, but read they were only checking at certain times today. If so, they weren't very clear and should check again tomorrow.

Thank you!!! Here is our plan to approach this issue:
- We will look at what kind of booster you have right after Friday's DT is over on the 14th and that is the booster bonus you will receive.
- There will be edge cases like the one you pointed out. To mitigate this, we will take another look at character boosters installed later in the day (currently, 6 hours after DT on Friday) to see if the booster has been changed.
- We will take the higher bonus from the boosters when calculating your SP bonus from this event, i.e. if you had an Omega booster and a regular booster installed on Friday, we will give you the bonus from the Omega booster.
We could do a third check at 11pm UTC on Friday to catch as many edge cases as possible as well. Let me know your thoughts. The best way to ensure that you will receive your bonus SP from this event is to make sure that your character(s) have a SP booster installed before DT (11:00 UTC) on Friday March 14th.
I'd activate them now but don't want to waste them.

This seems current, anything before this coming downtime SHOULD work.
