In 1.8 my minmatar logistics suit is getting a stamina recharge of 40...right now it is 15 0.0
Oh, and all logistics suits are getting a 5 meter increase to their scan radius...so the range increase skill will actually be worth it now.
Game changing? probably not, but it is at least worth noting.
Any other changes to the medium dropsuits you saw in those stats they released? I'm not an assault so it all looked the same to me but I could be wrong.

Faster on Caldari, slower on Amarr. Right now Caldari has 20, Gallente has 15, Minmatar has 20, Amarr has 17.
1.8 we'll see Caldari with 25+, Gallente still at 15, Minmatar still at 20, but Amarr at 15 as well.
Also I forgot, both Gallente medium frames are getting a 2 armor regen passive. Lights get 3, medium 2, and heavies 1.

I totally didn't realize what this means.
So wait, does this mean I'm not losing my hacking bonus? right now minmatars get 5% per level, so level 5 would be 25% bonus. Even though they removed the bonus, it will still be there as a passive on the suit.
So total hacking bonus would be 45% instead of 50% (because of the hacking skill). I'm so happy right now that I can still be a speed hacker in 1.8

Minmatar Assault has 7, logi has 8.
Minmatar logi slot layout is awesome, allows you to fit it in a ton of different ways. The assault, not so much...having only two low slots is absolute **** to work with. I'd say switch the caldari assault slot layout with the minmatar one.
