Does anybody have some suggestions on how to fit a Mass Driver whilst remaining "competitive" on the Logistics or Assault mk.0 frames?

Wait until next patch.
There are no competitive mass driver builds this patch. Everything it does can be better done with a Rail or Combat rifle.
There are 3 ways you can mass driver.
Roof camp with damage mod + tons of HP. Min assault/commando
Precook flux and play like an assault.
Use it like a shotgun and play speed.
Roof camping is currently better done with a rail rifle.
Playing like an assault is better done with combat rifle.
Third option is dominated by the previous two.
1.8 will likely change that. Annihilate all scouts. |

I believe I have on my advanced Min Logi is 2 complex dmg modifiers in high slots, 3 enhanced armor plates, EC-3 Assault MD, Flux, K2 Nano, advanced uplink an a needle. Works pretty well. Sorry won't give out the Proto fit though.

Depends, if it's for solo work, I'd say don't bother.
If you are using it to support your team there is a lot you can do with it.
I run Minmatar Logi, Assault Mass Driver with Flux.
Then I have armor repping nanohives, rep tool, drop uplink, and active scanner.
I don't use it to charge the frontlines, because that's stupid.
Usually it operates as overwatch/ cover for heavies to reload, or a way to try and keep the enemy pinned. NEVER if possible, to attack the enemy directly in 1 v 1 combat.

It depends on the socket. if a MD will be competitive.
Usually just a Ak.0 Logi suit does the trick. Brings the gang of ammo he'll need and his rep hives. Flys to the top of a tower or mushroom and pawng, pawng, pawng, pawng, fer days at an objective...
1.8 is going to suck. NS will probably get a lot of those districts back, lol. As they have perfected the MD spamming like no other... then again, that was before ADSes were widely used and mastered...

I would suggest a caldari Frame, with lots of shield and shield regen + Regulator .... I don't like EX0 or Freedom... I prefer the EC3 and boundless |

I could give you a fit...but rather...Stack shields/armor. Flux because there is a long enough TTK to do so. If you are going to flux yourself frequently run some type of armor regardless of the suit unless you can run away fast enough or not blow yourself up. Run light enough to jump over short railings. Pray.
