Yes, please make it less terrible. At Lv 5 it makes a Complex KinCat give 12.6% as opposed to the base 12%. Ooooh, 0.6% bonus. It's a freaking joke.

wut
But you can't strafe while sprinting, which is the only thing KinCats affect. Sprinting speed...

He is suggesting that kincats also give movement speed, which DOES affect strafe speed.
Oh, well then, I'm in agreement with you. KinCats need to just affect sprint speed, nothing else. And they need to have a less crappy skill bonus.

Care to elaborate on your onion? At Lv 5, a Complex KinCat gains a 0.6% efficacy bonus. That's practically nothing. Compared to pretty much any other module efficacy bonus, it's just garbage.

I don't care if y'all share gear with me or not, this is a plea to buff something for malicious intents
I'm assuming you meant 0.6%, not 6% because I'm not sure where you could have gotten 6% from.
That being said;
I really don't see how going from 12% to 12.6% is a massive buff.

No I meant 5% but saw the .6% and accidentally wrote 6% Op wants an extra % on top per level so at level five you are adding five percent speed buff so the 12% module adds 17% speed
Well +1% per level would definitely be a great bonus, but yeah it's probably too much. What would you think about a 5% efficacy bonus per level? At Lv 5 it would be a 3% bonus to a complex KinCat, so a Complex KinCat would be 15% with bonuses. I don't think that's too bad of a compromise.
