Should it be changed to +1% move speed on kin cat modules per level? Discuss. It would still have stacking penalties like on the sprint speed bonus

Last I checked, strafe is 90% of movement. That makes it 5.08 for Minscout, and 4.09 for Amarrlogi. Not even close to being equal. Im fairly certain they scale unequally, more like a logistical curve. I can strafe as fast in my amarr logi as i can in my min scout
