I know for a fact i came close if not capped the heavy event and i received no HMGs and no where near the 750k sp cap. What is going on here CCP? The fit i used was a Militia Heavy Suit - Republic Basic HMG. I used nothing but this suit for 2 weeks so i don't understand how I only got forge guns and 118k sp.

Wear a Basic Heavy or Sentinel dropsuit and score kills with heavy weapons to earn bonus SP and extra weapons to continue your destructive rampage! For every kill you make with a HMG or Forge Gun, you'll earn extra 500 SP (up to a cap of 750k SP), plus one Prototype AUR version of the weapon you used (either 'Torchflare' Kaalakiota Forge Gun or 'Steelmine' Boundless Heavy Machine Gun, up to a total of 300). Militia Heavy did not count

It said in the description of the event that any Heavy Suit and any HMG would count. If it turns out the LP stuff doesn't count towards the event I'm going to feel seriously cheated and that all my grinding was for nothing.

There seem to be many people having problems with the Republic HMG not registering for the event rewards.

I reached close to 3,000 kills over the event and approximately 800-900 heavies running an advanced sentinal with a boundless and also a basic sentinel with a basic hmg. I received 7mil isk but only around 750,000 sp. Leaving me a very confused heavy.

Not perfectly clear, but I take this to indicate 300 of each weapon.

I didn't get any weapon rewards either. I didn't count how many kills I did but I guess I'm missing some SP in this case too. I ran with the Templar Sentinel suit the whole event long. Sign up for Caldari FW and defeat the evil Gallente Overlords!

Militia Heavy did not count I'm pretty sure the devs were consulted, and every heavy suit counted. No.

However I didn't get 300 HMGs, I only got two hundred and something. And no matter how I do the maths, I can't figure out how that's possible. In one match alone I got more than 50 HMG kills, so how could I have not gotten 300 over the course of the entire event? No.
