How did anyone think the 1s depleted shield recharge delay was incorrect after almost 3 months of discussion?

Yes, and that would be a terrible idea. How long does it take to switch to the flux? To cook it till it blows? To **** your own shields and then wait for all of them to regen? To switch back to your main weapon?
By the time you've done all that, your regular recharge delay would have passed, you'd still have a flux, and you'd still have some kind of shield buffer between you and dying.

You don't have to read them front to back every day. You should read the stickied thread at the to for the F&ID forum maybe once a month, and click on the blue dev bar to see dev posts. Use some sense.
