I have a buddy who runs a MinLogi with nearly as much EHP as my GalLogi.
Which is to say like 800+high tier equips.
Also, there is a class-and-a-half of suits that can actually claim to be the weakest suit in the game. i.e. both scouts and the Commando (no matter how good at it Aero is).
Also, if you died taking five people with you then (assuming you actually got 17 kills w/ OB as you said in OP) you'd have gone either: 47/6 or 87/14.
Stop stroking your e-peen; these forums are filled with enough experienced players that they'll all be able to pull a better score out of their heads.
Hell, I once went 40/6 with a 'Templar' Heavy w/ HMG holding 'B' on Fractured Road.

Well, I know a guy who moved to MinLogi because he mathsed that it was a better armour tanker than his Gal assault, as far as the whole 'assaulting' thing is concerned, and re: hack speeds, I've played enough Amarr FW to know the value of that hack speed increase.
Although YMMV, and apparently does.
On another note, that kind of newbie derp is the reason IMO that you should be forcibly respecced at about 5M. Or something.
Anyway, heavy is fun, have a good time! Just pls don't boast about scores?
