Logic would dictate that, as pve is intended for everyone: snipers, logis, vehicleers.
I'm imagining the smaller drones would be AR susceptible, medium ones would have Sentinel like resists to Lw's, and the larger ones(imagine 2x as tall as Maddy and as wide as 2) being only killable by AV oriented weaponry.
Even bigger still, i'm hopin for a 'Spirit of Motherwill' esque miniboss that has 30-50 million HP and is 20-30% resistant to even AV weapons, has a near constant 20k reps, and needs to have a 13 hour constant barrage of 32 at a time players, pummeling away, dropping out once they're done for the night, and as people leave, new ones fill in.

Now just wait till Other Contract 48 v 1 contracts emerge- where the 1 enemy is a land titan with SUPREME destructive potential, requiring 48 full prototype suits to kill the enemy: 4-500 million ISK is lost in this engagement, but the reward is 1 piece. Combine 3-4 different pieces to form a team-wide BPO, of any frame you choose.
This BPO would provide a specialized skin based off of the boss, and could be 'applied' to a fitting:
Minmatar logistics Mk.0
Normal fitting, nothing special here.
Select dropsuit(up in fitting) select 'apply BPO skin'
Select 'boss BPO' and select apply. Game notifies this will cost 500-20k ISK to apply, and is a 1 time cost for the whole fitting.
Spawn in fitting, functionally it's no different than my MK.0, just it has a unique skin.
