what kind of proto assault? i use proto caldari myself and its so fun specially with a rail rifle or assault rifle equipped. I call it the super duper noob raper :P

I call it the super duper noob raper :P If I am going to get refunded SP and I dump it in the Min logi then I will just jump over to the assault but I love my ELM so I have to put some into Amarr to make it better.
Have they even officially stated that they are refunding SP? somehow i dont hold out much hope for a respec even a partial one.
