A small council of EVE vets to govern Dust outcomes doesn't sit well with me. Add in that gamers did not get to vote for the council makes it frustrating.

I can rattle off a few.
Forwarding Issues on players behalf involving game play lamentations. While we're not balancing things per say we constantly bother CCP with things that are not balanced and ask them to fix it. COmmunity has been helpful in finding these things for forward and CCP Saberwing is getting better at trying to beat the CPM to the punch.
PC Changes pointing out the issues [Ongoing ever since it was introduced Blame CPM Kain and CPM Nova Knife on these] (120 man hours, 2 Specific Meetings)
LP Railgun vs Proto Railgun DPS typo confirmation [yesterday] (15 man minutes, casual)
Swarm Bug (thanks judge) [Late 1.7] (2 man minutes, casual)
Railgun Dominance [Shortly after 1.7] (2 man minutes, casual)
Full Respec [Since 1.5] (720 man hours, 0 Specific Meetings)
Infantry's AV role life improvement (unfortunately not a weapon buff) [Since 1.7-(expected resolution 1.8)] (8 Man Hours, Impromptu asked in meeting x3)
TTK most recent of which (I apologize for the AV nerf brought it up in a short chit chat for a followup) [Since 1.6] (32 man hours, 2 dedicated meetings, lots of small talk)

White Papers Publishing (1.3-1.7) (I stopped counting hours... its probably over 2k)
Community Management Report Reviews (Ongoing) So far CCP is community team is well in tune. (appox 16 man hours per report)
Early unbiased but reserved feedback on the The Next Thing(s) (Since Uprising 1.0)
Quick Pokes when server issues crop. (15 minutes)
Getting to the bottom of some complaints as people way things are broken but never explain how. (not recorded averages nearly 1-20 man hours per incident)
Yelling at CCP for Uprising 1.0 (1.1-1.3?) (was not recording hours back then)
List is on going I am sure if I poured over the previous meeting notes I've taken the list about 8x longer.

Crap missed a crud tonn of things including public face time, CPM / CSM joint sessions, Internal Debates, CPM1 Fostering and Nurturing, After Meetings, Follow Up Meetings, Follow Up, 'Homework', Bro / Vent Talks, and Game Sessions, and no; no timestamps as I kept most of those off records. But based on portional amounts of the activity I say counts nearly 50% of the other cpm activity give or take.
Does not include forum, face time ingame, ingame meets, pod casts, video interviews, AMAs (last ama I was part of was 22 man hours) Skype chats with players, and IRC time.

I know CPM spends hundreds of hours working for us, so don't take this the wrong way... I am just playing devil's advocate... If you have spent so much time preaching to CCP about the respec why aren't we being given a full infantry respec?
I can't give you the whole reason, not yet, which is also the big reason and main reason why. I will divulge a minor factor though. Look at the previous respecs / refunds and how often those cause more problems than they fixed. As a reminder this was a small factor in the overall discussion.

I also know we don't see all of the beautiful data CCP sees... did the last SP refund cause a hamster rebellion or something?

I said it was very unlikely, people are attracted to weapons for their performance and until true full parity is met (which is likely never to happen as all of our current weapons save for the assaults) are in classes of their each own.
What ccp should strive for from now on though when it comes to weapon introductions is by classes and filling out the rest of the racial class at a time and start with a priority list such as new heavy weapons and more.
Also if you watched Pyrex video he does make several fair points about the dangers of giving respecs out in such manners all the time.
That there will be people who will pick the winning combination and with all that SP would make the next op fotm fit before it becomes fotm and get the jump start.
Mind you the CPM never did conceded on not having the other two in talks with CCP as we had reasons to go full respec in our talks.
