Majority of community wanted full respec and you cook with your CPM friends just a "slice"?!
Thats ridiclous, i will be glad if you tell me who arive with this respec idea, what you made.
Hell you have 50+ pages full of how community (people who playing your game) want full.
When vehicles had respec thats was fine and now when infantry want there is problem.
Really setback CCP, you made wrong decision again.
Please take a look on that thread once more and think, do our plead ws really for nothing?!
Do you really want another outflow of players?!
With full respec there was a chance to take back old players, to make community fine.
I really dont know why, there is majority of player who was here for full and you just made this.
Im disgraced, disapointed, furious and disgusted by this, how you going against community where you can.
Is that really that funny be a contra against people who giving you money and playing your game?!
Is that really that nice?!

Basicaly yes, but there is problem with how shortsighted decision CCP making.
We have new bonuses, new implement (weapons and armors), new mechaniques and they still thing only command is needed.
Basicaly they made one of the dumbest choise ever.

I bought a Swarm Launcher (I spent months speccing into it - It cost 30 euros or so as I see it)
CCP reneged and nerffed it to uselessness and upped Tanks etc to godmode.
I've specced into AV grenades and Damage mods to compensate.
CCP has again reneged and will be nerffing them both.
The list goes on for me and I'm sure for others too. I won't belabour the point. Nor do I want to pedantically break down all the details.
I love your game CCP, but I'm having difficulties liking your company, despite the apparent friendliness of the Devs in the forums. And I'm afraid I'm having difficulties with not feeling somewhat angry and resentful about this. It sometimes seems like every time I build something up, you tear it down and put me back at square one. How many people have quit this game because of your nerfs? Is this how you plan to build up your player base?
I want a full SP refund so I can spec into something playable. I want to like you CCP, I really do. I want to like you as much as I like your game. Please, reconsider and rectify.

This is basicaly my story, with that difference i speced in something what i will never use again just because i must.
After whole that time, what i grind i prazed for finaly finalization of my tries through full respec.
Sadly after whole that discussion, where we shoved CCP how it full respec is just and only logical way.
They arived with this "cut", what really disapointed me and what really confused me.
In blog they wrote how they whole thing rethink, but with all new implements there is basicaly contra.
Its quite sad, we have racial suits and we can put points in new ones, the proper ones.
Iam glad for that, its gread finaly have that choice.
But what i dont get and basicaly cant buy is different story with weapons.
We have chance finaly spec for example from scrable to bolt pistol, but here its not possible.
Basicaly i have some skill what i will never use and i looked forward for the respec like chance to made final version of mz caldari suit.
Sadly throught CCP decision i cant.
I still pray for some suprise or some kind of miracle, what change ming of CCP and anounce full respec.
What should be awesome act for community.
