For example if I was originally an Amarr Assault user with a Scrambler Rifle, but I switch to the Minmatar Commando, why would I need Scrambler Rifles when my bonus revolves around the Combat Rifle? And If I'm an Amarr Sentinel, and I decide to use an Amarr Scout instead, why am I forced to keep SP that I will literally never use again?
What we invest into Dropsuit Upgrades is also dependent on what we invest in Dropsuit Command. If I use a Minmatar frame, but then decide to switch to Gallente Frames I'll have no use for shield based modules such as Regulators and Energizers; and vice versa for Amarr & Gallente suit users that switch to a Caldari or Minmatar frame.
Why is this happening? Did you not read through the numerous threads and arguments withing your official respec discussion thread as to why we need an entire Infantry respec? Heck, I know you read them because you locked practically all of them.

Does our feedback and opinion not matter? Are you incapable of listening to us? Why do we even bother using the forums if the only way for you to even acknowledge our feedback / concern is through the CPM, which isn't even a reliable source because the only way to get even the tiniest droplet of relevant information out of them is to go on a goose hunt through Skype or pray that they are on IRC, which is an unofficial source that is not moderated by CCP. There is no "hey go visit IRC" or "Contact us on Skype" messages of any kind on these forums or in-game, so why do you expect they community to use this method?
What about that whole hype machine you set up about CCP Rouge? Didn't you say that under his command things would be changing, and how CCP would be more open about things such as feedback? What happened to that? You pulled literally the exact same thing you said was going to change.
1. Announce huge thing that changes DUST 514 as we know.
2. The playerbase points out all of the problems with your changes with truckloads of detailed arguments and posts.
3. You do little to nothing about it, and then release the changes anyways.
I will admit though. You did have the playerbase fooled quite well with that official respec thread you created. It actually put us under the illusion that our feedback, suggestions, and opinions were actually worth something in your development process this time.
Do you not realize the opportunity you missed here? You had the chance to change the public's image of CCP. If you gave a full respec, Tranquility would have been flooded with returning veterans and players, just waiting to throw cash at you. But instead, you had to go with your unprofessional, and unconventional development process that ensures that very few (if any) gamers will ever take you seriously.
SoonGäó may have been funny back in 1.0, but now it's just overplayed and downright stupid.
