They are too imbalanced and too low on Minmatar (90HP difference to Caldari and Gallente, 135HP to Amarr)

Gallente: 575(+50)/340(-50)
Minmatar: 455(+20)/410(+20)
Amarr: 630(+30)/330(-30)
Validates the Cal SRD of 4/1 as it-¦s a sitting duck without shields now.

It-¦s nothing even with additional Repairers
Increase it to 2HP/sec
The look of the Amarr Heavy Frame has not been changed
It looks way too bulky and improvised and not elegant and smooth enough for an Amarr suit.
Create a new helmet more like the medium frames one.
Flatten all the armor plates on shoulder, chest and arms and integrate them more into the coat.

Again that huge difference (90HP to Caldari and Gallente, 120HP to Amarr)
Change it to 290(+30)/320(+20)

Please put the forehead part a bit backwards.
Scout bonuses
The scout bonuses are completely imbalanced
Caldari bonus is worth one basic range amplifier, one basic and one advanced precision enhancer
Gallente bonus is worth one basic range amplifier and one proto profile dampener
Minmatar bonus is worth one proto codebreaker and five proto sidearm damage mods (though only for knives)
Amarr bonus is worth not even one basic cardiac regulator
Adjust the values to a more suited level
Caldari: 20% scan radius per level (2 proto modules)
Caldari are more about range than precision
Gallente: 5% scan precision and scan profile per level (1 proto module each)
Gallente is about profile dampening, more on pair with Gallente logi bonus
Minmatar: 5% hacking speed and 3% nova knife damage per level (1 adv code breaker and 3 proto damage mods)
Amarr: 30% Stamina bonus and Stamina recharge rate per level (1,5 proto cardiac regulators)
Gallente Scout Slot Layout
It should start with 2/2 instead of 1/3
Magsec SMG DPS
It-¦s a sidearm but it has a higher DPS that an Assault Rifle.
Reduce it ROF to 550RPM(0,109)
The AR damage nerfs
The only ones that need a nerf are the Rail Rifle and the Scrambler Rifle, the AR and the CR are fine.
A dropsuit upgrade respec
There was only an armor heavy so a lot of SP have been wasted into armor skills only to dust there now.
That are my points so far, more will follow once I get to try all the stuff out.
Every average player might not be that fussy about everything so I can say that the DEVs did a great job, keep up the good work.
