its really annoying to me because I haven't been able to log in for almost half a year now do to my real life situation.

I hope that gets sorted, a corp mate of mine has just had to have a pacemaker implanted but he really REALLY didn't want it to come to that but he's OK.
my situation is a little more serious. but hopefully it will be resolved within the next few weeks.
