So what's the problem? It's not that big of deal, really. Just go to respec thread, simple stuff. The debate is petty.

While there is no better place to be wealthy than the Gallente Federation, there is no hell worse for the poor either.

We can of course talk about people quitting/pubstomping/future releases. These are all repeated topics over and over ad naseum. So then why can we not discuss respecs? If your intention is to not give us any more respecs, then for god sakes come out and say it. You will not be able to quietly sweep it under the rug like you are attempting to. While there is no better place to be wealthy than the Gallente Federation, there is no hell worse for the poor either.

Because about two weeks ago there was literally 5+ pages of people creating 1 sentence threads. "Respec 1.8?" Plz CCP 30 seconds later another one was created by the same person. Rather than have to look through all of them to see if it was reasoned argument versus pure spam, they decided to lock every respec thread created and put it into the respec discussion thread. It was mostly done to stop the pure spam and get the forums working again for other aspects of the game rather than a single, theoretical one. It wasn't "The Man" shuttin' down the people...

The fact that the topic gets that much exposure simply means that it is far and away the most important topic on the majority of players minds. This doesn't mean it is the only one that is repeatedly posted on the first page, just the most frequent. So why is the answer to try to shuffle it to an out-of-the-way forum? Why is this not the very first sticky on the most visited forum? Seriously, if this topic garners thismuch attention that even now, with it being banned here, and it still has 2-3 topics on the front page, shouldn't this be on the very top of the forums? IF they were interested in dealing with this issue and expectations, While there is no better place to be wealthy than the Gallente Federation, there is no hell worse for the poor either.
