Each level of the Kinetic Cataylzation skill gives a Module Efficacy Bonus of 1%.
I originally thought that would mean that each level the KinCats sprint speed bonus would get +1% so that at Level 5, a Complex KinCat would give a sprint speed bonus of 17%
But after doing some math, I seem to be horribly wrong. It looks like that the KinCat gets a 1% bonus per level of it's sprint speed increase. So each level adds .12%(one percent of 12%) to the efficacy of a Complex KinCat for an unimpressive and nearly useless bonus of +.6% at Level 5.
So at level 5, a Complex KinCats gives a bonus of 12.6%.
That is such a small and practically unnoticeable and useless bonus that it just doesn't seem right.
Is this the intended bonus? Or is it a bug? It just seems like such a pointlessly small bonus.

Armor plates and shield extenders get an efficacy bonus too, except that it's more noticicable of 2% per level for a total of 10%
That makes complex shield extenders 72.6 instead of 66 and complex armor plates 148.5 instead of 135.
A single complex kin cat can increase an assault's sprint speed from 7 to 7.84. With the efficacy bonus it increases to 7.88. That's a .04 increase to sprint speed, which is negligible. Even with more than one kin cat, you won't even be able to get more than a .1 increase to sprint speed from that efficacy bonus. I think this is silly because it's basically a useless bonus.
However if we had it a 5% addition to sprint mods, that would go against the way Dust works. Instead this is more of a balancing thing. If we had the same efficacy bonus that plates and extenders did, then it would increase the sprint speed from 7.84 to 7.92 That's almost a .1 increase just from a single module, which is actually pretty decent.
So no, this definitely isn't a bug but instead maybe something that should be brought up as a discussion topic. Should the efficacy bonus be increased from 1% per level to 2%?
