With all the QQ about taking a slots from logis,assaults haven't noticed a small detail about the description of their suits. It says for each racial variant they are resistant to enemy attacks. Why do assaults not get damage resistance to match the description?
My request: -Damage resistance for assaults vs their racial foe Eg Amarr assaults would be resistant to minmatar,but not Gal or Caldari. -or- -A lower,but still significant damage resistance to ALL weapons
This should make assaults slayers again,and should end all QQ posts about logis slots,because it couldn't be replicated with slots. These could be tacked on to current bonuses to make assaults very appealing to would be slayers. And maybe logis can get a speed buff...

I would run assualt all day long if it meant my RR or Scr has a flame design, and maybe shot out actual flames o.o |

Actually yes it can. In eve you have 8 max not 5 Proto cal assault 7-3 or 6-4 (shields) Gal would get 3-7 or 4-6(armor reps and tank) Amarr would get 2-8 ( armor resist tank) Minmatar get 5-5 (versatile overall)
Logi slots stay the same A jumppack is a terrible idea People are just going to use them to get on top of things. We need a vaulting mechanic for all suits. and scouts are already getting cloaks. They don't need to jump 20 feet.
Completely agree on damage resistances. Amarr should get their laser boost and a damage resistance bonus. Gallante need a hybrid bonus for all weapons not one and a repair bonus, caldari need a reg bonus and something that helps long range combat. Min need a speed bonus, plus the one they already have isnt bad.

the hole damage resistance issue could be resolved allot easier if they would use the EVE online damage types
Electromagnetic Thermal Kinetic Explosive
Laser weapons; Electromagnetic > Thermal
Hybrid weapons; Kinetic > Thermal
Projectile; Explosive > Kinetic > Thermal
Missiles; your choice of any of the 4
by looking at the above it would make allocating the amounts of Typed damage resistance the races suits would get
I could give you 10 reason why the Dust team cant get the Amarr tank style right but they are all out of care.
