Me too, infact i'll be so kind as to duck around a corner to get one or two more logis involved in trying to get their friends up.

I actually try to kill the logi first for 3 reasons 1. I'm a nice guy 2. I'm like a dog chasing a ball when I see a free easy kill such as a logi kneeling mid needle strike 3. I've had the unfortunate experience of that logi having a good needle and his target being an armor tanked suit who proceeded to get up and kill me.
A kill in the hand is worth 2 in the bush....or something like that.
Most tankers are like sand people. They frighten easily, but will quickly return...and in greater numbers.

Too risky... as a scout I have very little HP as I don't run any shields/armor. I'd rather just kill the Logi than risk facing two opponents after he revives his friend. There are some good needles out there...

I just shoot the logi as a f**k you for being a bad logi message.
Then I walk over terminate the logi and move on hoping a more competent logi is near to revive the 1st fellow.
I can only please one person per day. Today is not ur day, tomorrow doesn't look too bright either.

Something interesting happened when I attempted this.
I sniped someone with such (unintentionally) perfect timing that their clone terminated as they were standing up, so I didn't get a kill.

One thing that I do: I snipe my target (red line scrub, come at me hoe) and his brilliant logi friend comes and revives him. Boom headshot back down. This proves repeats until the logi gets the idea and runs off until I snipe him too. Terrible team mates these days

It looks even better down the scope of a sniper rifle. Most people don't think "Ermahgerd yay I'm up but **** is still going down so I better hop around and gtfo". Nope, just line up the logi's head when he dips and quickly adjust for the poor fool who just got rezzed and just sits there. Snipe you once, shame on me. Snipe you twice, shame on you.
In the case of some idiot with a needle who thinks it is a good idea to get you up in the middle of combat, he deserves to die more than you. Honestly, if I knew that the one who got picked up would just walk off, I would let you get away. It feels wrong to just mow you down a second time because of some moron. Alas, there is no room for integrity on the battlefield.

Personally I love Heroic Medics. It give one plenty of time to crouch and aim. Start the HMG spooling just as he commits, sometimes sooner if the entire area is hot or they're far enough out.

I did that 4 times yesterday before I got bored and killed the logi reviving the poor guy. You should really think about reviving the same clone THIRD time, not to mention 4th time...

Im for fairplay.
If iam in situation, when my squadmate need revive i first trying to kill contender and revive later.
If i kill enemy i sent few shots even hes lying to kill him.
But if ts not enought and his logi running for him, i trying to shoot logi first.
Iam not fan of camping droplinks and enemys CRU or this revive hunting.
Just shoot, kill, take point.
Im not hunter of KDR like logi anyway.

Today i had game, where one "logi" taked me up two times and guess what, militia injector and in front of enemys face.
With proper bleedout mechanic, this can never happen.

I've watched a Logi revive a teammate, then shot both in the backs of their heads (Logi first) with a Shotgun.
I've also shot someone in the head then hidden around the corner waiting for a Logi to come, and shot them in the back of the head before they get the revive.
Letting them get a revive is at least 60 WP going to the enemy team each time, which means they get that much closer to dropping an orbital strike. |
