Kane and I have spoken about this, and AE is waiting on the defense tonight to provide photo proof that this corp which only district is on PFC sent clones from there.
The subject is being taken care of and waiting on a vote concerning this corp as well as their participation on PFC.

I for one like the idea of launching clones off of PFC. If you plan to leave to planet, you should be able to take your clones with you and try to jump start yourself in MH, instead of buying a clonepack and wasting 32M every day.
Bigger problem is, what PFC Corp would attack an AE district? They would get crushed, and thrown off PFC for attempting. Are they going to buy a ringer team to try and fight AE? If so, that really only leaves FA. And, as far as I know, FA follows the rules.
I say crush the little PFC corp. Show them what its like off PFC, and demonstrate why PFC doesn't work as a training ground.
