Here is our plan to approach this issue:

We will look at what kind of booster you have right after Friday's DT is over on the 14th and that is the booster bonus you will receive.

There will be edge cases like the one you pointed out. To mitigate this, we will take another look at character boosters installed later in the day (currently, 6 hours after DT on Friday) to see if the booster has been changed.

We will take the higher bonus from the boosters when calculating your SP bonus from this event, i.e. if you had an Omega booster and a regular booster installed on Friday, we will give you the bonus from the Omega booster.

We could do a third check at 11pm UTC on Friday to catch as many edge cases as possible as well. Let me know your thoughts.

The best way to ensure that you will receive your bonus SP from this event is to make sure that your character(s) have a SP booster installed before DT (11:00 UTC) on Friday March 14th.

Respect for being rather diligent in providing both feedback & a proposed solution. I would like to add 1 more query to "Full Circle" solidify your clarification: If you have an Active Booster that runs.....let's say 20 Seconds after Downtime on March 14 (Ex: 7AM EDT Downtime Saturday Morning, 7:30 AM EDT Reboot, 20 Seconds left on Actve Booster), or even Milliseconds, would that qualify to satisfy the Booster Bonus Conditions? Would the Booster Checkpoints you presented register the Initial/Highest Booster regardless of wether or not a Booster is active during each subsequent Checkpoint? Or will this probable collision nullify the Booster Bonus? I'm positive this will not affect me.....but I believe this line of questioning would indefinitely eliminate any further SP Queries from anyone who took the time to read before Posting. Then you are left only to the Respec Queries.....which I honestly support, regardless of my SP Flexibility, due to the severity of the alterations being made on all fronts. PS: FYI I propose a Full Respec (Only Skillbook ISK refunded), or an Auto-Infantry Respec with Optional Full Respec via Support Ticket.
