I think as long as you had a booster active at 11:00 UTC, and play your 10 complete matches over the event, you qualify for bonus SP.
I sure hope so. That's part of why I got two of them to make sure I was covered.

Any chance of more official clarification on this? I got the 10 matches done but I'm not sure if they occured before the other booster kicked in to replace the first one.
