We all know the Matar have got the unfortunate habit of taking the nerf bat to the teeth, then applying super secret military duck tape to it later:
Combat rifle-1.8 nerff
HMG-Recently buffed.
RE-Recently nerffed from chrome
Flaylock-Quick bat too this one.
MD-By the Amarr's fake god.....
SMG-1.8 Not anything significant pre or post unless I've forgotten something.
Locus nades (contact and core)- OK let's admit it, this one was fully justified.
PM-..........yeah.
So what's the next piece of Matari gear to receive beatings/bandages?

Flaylock definitely could use a buff.
Wasn't MD's nerf implied rather than actual, in the sense that AA and the rifles killed it?
Also, it's going to be REs.
RE took a splash radius hit at ADV and PRO levels from chrome, look at the RE stats and you'll see it's te same from basic to proto.
MD has been swinging around back and forth pendalim stylesince I can remember it being here.

MD-By the Amarr's fake god..... The CR and MD will be more powerful with the Minmatar Assault bonus IMO. Put a Boundless Assault Mass Driver on a Min Assault mk.0, along with camping on a catwalk or something like that, and everyone below you is pretty much dead. Not to mention a 70+ round CR (please correct me if this is wrong :3). 
Wasn't the extra ammo for explosives removed?
