Tanks shouldn't cycle because of damage modded rails can break through in a few shots usually, but a dropship only has to worry about the first one or first two, and with cycled hardeners surviving the first two is uber easy.

:/ the railtank is a hard counter to DS, if that gets nerfed then DS gets OP, a new weapon will have to be buffed to deal with that, making something else OP, a new pandoras box gets opened. the redline is the issue.
well no
a dropship can handle 1 tank but not 2
when its distracted with one the other can easily start shooting at it
also AV is balanced with dropships, well FGs are,
not sure about swarms as they do kill, but they kill by making your ship do a flip

Frankly tho move back both spawns 1000m and redline rails or thales will not bother you unless they come out of the redline Judge has explicitly, on multiple occasions, stated that he does not want rails removed. Hm Its why he created a 15page long thread about wanting rails removed
