Fair enough- proto scouts are few and far between. If you go 20/20 playing your role, then I have nothing but respect for you.

I stand by my original point- breaking even in a public match (where you're all but guaranteed to face the whole spectrum of gear and SP levels) in prototype gear is pathetic. Dust is based around the use of crutches. Tiers do nothing but enable those who have been playing longer to win despite having been outplayed by their opponents. I've died in my advanced gear dozens of times tonight to proto slayers who won by less than the additional plate/extender/damage mod that their gear enabled them to equip. That's just bad FPS design.
