While its mostly heavies, its not just for them anymore. Just had a match where it seemed every one on the other team from noobs to vets was rolling in their own mobile hospital/moving cover. And now thanks to grenade count reduction it will be even harder to punish the noobs with AV grenades. Way to go CCP.
I know people have called for hop out/in animations or something, but I also think that armor and shield regen within vehicles need to go and that LAVs need a good hard smack with the nerf bat. Oh well I guess in the meantime I need some militia rail tanks for scrub LAV teams

I have noticed in this game players tend to gravitate towards anything that is easy mode. They will pass it of as just having fun or trolling, some will even try and call it a tactic, but in reality it is the only way a lot of players can compete they just will not admit it.
Nerfing LAVGÇÖs is a bad idea they are already pretty fragile. I do not think it will be an issue when 1.8 drops I think we will see a lot more and tighter squad play. The guys driving around using LAVGÇÖs for cover are usually only a threat if you are alone. True, I was running lone wolf scout while this team was pissing me off

People who use LAVs for transport from objective to objective aren't the problem its the guys who roam the map and never move 5 feet from their LAV that are annoying scrubs

Its not road kills, those are not as easy to do as when it was get touched and die. Its not using the LAV for transport. The big problems are being able to hop out, shoot, and then hop right back in the second their intended victim actually takes their shields down. Its the fact that you can shoot them down to almost nothing and they can hop in and drive around healing in relative safety. Its frankly abuse of the mechanics.
The mechanic of someone solo using a LAV turret to pop off shots then switch to driver seat and speed off would be obnoxious too if I didn't get so many kills on people doing this, but like a previous poster mentioned, if TTK is significantly higher upcoming build it may be viable. Like I said, some people spend whole matches about 3 feet from their LAV and then tell themselves how awesome they are with their high KDR. In the end scrubs are gonna scrub and call themselves tacticians but forums are good for letting off steam

Oh well I guess in the meantime I need some militia rail tanks for scrub LAV teams You just have to master shooting them out of it . There's nothing more satisfying than picking a heavy out of their LAV. LAVs are overpowered? Paalease! Nothing could be further from the truth. My swarmies can take them out in twos. Super-HAVs on the other hand are soooooo OP godmode. It's impossible to take them out with Swarm Launchers, and yes, now that AVs are getting nerffed, it might be even more difficult.
I never said OP, its just annoying to have to deal with infantry in my AV suits because of having to blow up murder taxi loving noobs. Thus why I'd like to see AV grenades be able to handle them. They are not worthy of actual AV...as lame as that currently is even.
