I do not understand why we cannot just convert any items we already own into say.. 75% isk worth. Is nobody in the entire dust universe really going to buy our assets? I find that idea preposterous :P

 so why cant we?

Don't worry. Once p2p market and manufacturing happens the gear won't be provided infinitely by npc sources.

But in the meantime, it would be nice to be able to manage my inventory to keep it from being 8 pages long of red items I can't use.

lol it must be way to hard for them to put in a sell back option for items we no longer want or need.

 Have written/suggested this before.

They don't need to do something supper fancy at first.

Just give us the option to GIVE AWAY items.

So we can trade amongst our selfs, it also as some cool sandbox diversity into the game.
 Like this

Player 1 gives away x item to player 2
 Player 2 transfers money ( or a item ) to player 1

Player 1 and 2 have to trust one and other

 Regards

or when player 1 put asset to player 2 in some form of trade bar, there should be an option to give isk / asset in exchange which both players have to accept in order for the transfer to be completed

That's kind of the next step and it takes away that "cool" sandbox thing CCP loves about the eve universe.

I personly will be happy if they just implement the give away option first and build from that.

It also gives you a trach can option.

 1 create alt
2 give al crap to alt
 3 biomass alt

If we were able to sell our assets now then there would be hardly anything to put onto the market once we have it.

 Well, isk items anyways.
For right now, you can make "trash" fittings and go into battle with all of the modules and weapons you don't need anymore and try to get as many points/kills before you die. Any extra isk you gain in the match could be considered isk you are getting for those items.
