essentially allowing bpo's to be used to manufacture
skills 1 in the corporation skill tree you'll have a skill that makes recycling items, refining raw materials, and manufacturing cost less time 2 you'll also have skills that make your recycling,refining and manufacturing more efficient (the materials gained from these process's can never reach a 1:1 ratio, meaning you cant get out what you put in)
planetary conquest 1 no more isk farm! instead they will produce resources. not all either only certain ones each. 2 you can have certain facilities like refining facilities, manufacturing facilities, and mining complexes. These facilities will all increase there efficiency. 3 raids. your corp can attack and raid there facilities. basically during a pc battle their is an additional objective. cargo bay terminals. at end of match it takes into account how long you had the cargo bay sending you resources instead of them
you can still process in npc corps, but at a slower rate than within a good one
you can still produce in a corp with no skills or facilities but it'll be lower than when in an npc or better player corp.
all current bpo's will be changed to fit this
you will be able to get bpo's through p2p, extremely rare salvage, events, and other stuff.
you can have mlt,std,adv, and proto bpos. maybe eve officer or unique items like black eagle suits

2) Good ideas, but already implemented in Eve. For this to work, Dust would need to be more integrated into Eve. This was the original promise of Dust. i know :P
