Just wanted to add that longer term PC 2.0 is undergoing some pretty significant changes that alleviate a lot of these shortcomings. For now, these content changes along with the fix going out this week should help.
I wouldn't rule out a round of adjustments to pricing and clone pack size etc in the short term as well, depending on how this goes.
Being on pfc and from a just came in point of view, even if our team fares pretty well, i have been counting a clone loss range of around 140 to 160. Its currently impossible for us to think we can flip a district with 120 clones. I suggest you introduce something costier and named accordignly than the clone 'starter pack'. I think there is still a place for AAA team use of starter packs, but most of us AA to A players need something with more punch.
As far as clone biomass exchange goes, making it possible to buy reinforcement to a certain fixed maximum depending on attack size, makes more sense. If i get attacked and defend successfully, i should have to pay as defender to regarrison the district. Of course it must be dependant on probably half or third of lost clones for defender. Even with an instant re up you would still be able to pay to get more troops if the district is worth to defend.
Also and more frankly about setting reinforcement timers, there should be an even distribution of timers, else if the majority of your players is US based there will be plenty of district for them to take, japan corp owning half of molden heath is not fun, imagine now the whole eve universe. We still got life and if you want more people involved in pc, put a limit on how many districts can be on a set timer, everybody will be able to take a slice of the pie.
