Actually, they don't get paid but get money when they ask for it. They have been rolling proto every game even during the beginning of Uprising. Heavily involved PC corps have had rich players forever, district locking has only made small inexperienced PC corps semi-rich.

Yoshi I've talked to people who said that they would get 15-20mill isk every time they asked a director and they would even get it twice a day if they asked a different director...
That's what I said, they get it if they ask for it.

True for a few of them but not for many in NS. Not that many Japanese corps out there lol
Many of those NS guys are crazy jokesters and are good friends so even if their corp was poor, they would still stay. Bunch of horny jokesters they are
