I don't think so, since we usually don't see major Dust and EVE changes on the same day!
I bet on 1-2 more weeks till 1.8 hits...

I'm curious, if this means that there will be no refund if you stretch the battle over the 40-45 minute mark? Since the battle is still going on and clones are killed, this could still be an issue!? |

It will also not solve the automatic full refund at the 40-45 minute mark. I bet you still can kill all your clones but one and get a full refund if you stretch the battle long enough...
Please clarify CCP or you will be laughed at by this one... |

CCP Logibro wrote:I've clarified the patch note about the PC change. it looks for a battle result, which means if you kill all the clones bar one and the battle expires then the attackers lose by default.
So unless someone sees a battle result screen, the defenders win by default.
Well loosing is not the problem, the refund is the problem. The refund happens before the battle ends. So if you stretch the battle over the 40-45 minute mark, the attacker will get his clone pack refunded.
Can you clarify that the patch prevents this? This might have been overseen since it was a bug anyway, since you would get the refund even if you loose ore kill all clones but one... |

Previously if there was no result, it would refund and reset the district state. Now no result will mean the attackers lose by default, and there will be no refund. Battles will now also terminate before the reinforcement window closes. So in short: any time there was previously a refund, the attacker will now lose by default.
Thanks for the clarification! |
