Not as much as it used to, it still plays worse than Pubs / FW, but for me, PC is never that bad. But of course I play in SD, reset before every battle, and make sure everything that uses the internet is turned off (Excluding the PS3 of course)
Most of the time I get worse lag in the EU servers than I do PC. I did recently have a laggy match, but it wasn't as bad as what was shown in the video (Probably because my one was on a Production Facility)

I know a lot of PC Players play in SD to improve performance, but thats not really why I do it, its because whenever I try to play in HD the game forces my PS3 to crash (Gives me a red blinking light, and asks me to check for corrupted data when I start it back up), I will say that since I have moved to SD from HD I dont lag as much as I used to in PC battles.
