If you're going to start this, you have to understand that the AA hitscan bullet hoses are the most noobtube thing in Dust. Enjoy your EZ mode.

But it's a area denial weapon! -every MD user ever while running around n00bToobing If you're going to start this, you have to understand that the AA hitscan bullet hoses are the most noobtube thing in Dust. Enjoy your EZ mode. I'm sorry, but spamming MD round after round doesn't exactly seem like "pro" mode to me. It's was annoying when everyone and their mother ran a MD pre 1.4 Now we will have 11 rounds in that thing.
Try it out for a while. It's considerably harder - considerably - to lay out dps into a target with the MD than with a hitscan bullet hose.
Also, as far as I understand, the 11 rounds isn't happening. Not that this matters considering the ridiculous ammo held in the hitscan weapons.
Also, pre 1.4 the AR users outnumbered 10 of the 12 weapons in the game at the time combined. So everybody and their mother ran ARs not MDs. Fully 10 times as many people ran ARs as MDs. It's just that anytime a player gets killed by something other than what they're using, the temptation is high to cry OP. Doubly so when it's the vast majority of the playerbase.
Expect the crying to happen again. Expect it to be wrong again. |
