Stats are okay to go by but honestly, when you look at the field results, CRs get the job done much better than the RR does. Of course if you look at the stat sheet, you will see that the RR is better. But in the field, in the right hands, the lethality of the CR is not expressed in its stat sheets. So I still stand by my statement. If you wanna talk about whats OP, then its is NOT RR, contrary to popular forum belief. It is the CR. Nothing against the CR but when people say the RR is OP, there's a seal somewhere facepalming in shame. Hnolai ki tuul, ti sei oni a tiu. Are you OUKH?
