This is just amusing, some people's blind fury for the scrambler.
I could list the ways how we Amarr are better than you, but your lesser mind wouldn't comprehend it.

Are you telling me that you do not think the scrambler should have a reduced rate of fire? (I'm talking a reasonable one, not nerfed into the ground like other weapons have been)
Well I can fire it pretty fast, but nowhere near its current ROF. I know people complain about turbo controllers, but the ScR will overheat if you spam it.
I just use the good old DS3.

I've just read some nonsense from True Adamance complaining about having the 2nd longest range behind the RR as well as a post from Aisha saying how weak the SCR is going to be in 1.8 ...
Honestly it's ridiculous .. how can you complain after getting the smallest nerf ?
I haven't complained about the RR being nerfed I just feared it'd be overnerfed and the SCR would be left alone but I'm glad the SCR has been nerfed as well as the other rifles and i'm interested to see what the changes are like in 1.8.
I cant be BUT happy about 1.8, because all the bull **** damage mods they would put on there and 1 hit Scouts with it. It's about GOD DAMN time we go back to 1.2-1.3 era when my KDR sky rocketed because of Scouts being OP. Wooo I can't wait. I'M GONNA HAVE ME SOME FUN! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DGitN3vC0xE
Dude, I will still OHK every single scout in the game even with a Viziam WITHOUT damage mods. You're not safe.

Thats what the cloak is for. The moment I see a Scrambler in the kill feed, I'm just gonna hide. My Shield scout isn't made for that crap 
That's kind of amusing to think that once a scout sees a "Viziam Scrambler Rifle" in the kill feed that they freak out a little.
