Hello CCP. I think it is soon time to announce that we will get our SP refunded. Do you have any ETA for an announcement? It cant be this hard to decide what to do when working in a indie games company (less formalities?).
Just announce it please.

People put their SP into flavor of the month weapons, now when those weapons are no longer as OP as they are it is unfair to ask for those SP back. You made your decision to use those weapons, now live with it.

You made your decision to use those weapons, now live with it. i, and much of the community disagree with this. the dropsuits are being changed, and people have been waiting a very long time for the suits coming in to the game in 1.8. if they want to go caldari scout, for example, but they are skilled into gallente scout now because there was no caldari scout, then they have millions of sp invested into modules they won't use. this can be applied to all sorts of cases, hence why we need a dropsuit upgrades skill tree refund. if I'm not mistaken, assault suits now give bonuses to their respective weapons, and are overall changing. for example, amarr assault is losing it's heat up bonus to ScRs, and someone may have built their entire build around that. if they lose that bonus, then there was no point in ever skilling into the suit, as it is the slowest and has the least modules of all dropsuits. he may not only want to change his suit, but change his weapon to match the suit he's using. hence why we need a dropsuit command and weaponry respec. you see, a full infantry respec is completely defendable while the only argument I've seen as to why there shouldn't be one is because it will encourage fit of the month. that is not enough to defend your claim. people have made long descriptive posts as to why there should be a full respec, yet all we've seen against it is because it will encourage fit of the month.

This thread is not pointless. CCP needs to show us that they are changing from their old selved that never cared at all for their player base to a decent game company with community managers that give us hints about where the game is going.
The information IV-drop and Soon TM jokes are overplayed now. Your community needs a 500 g steak jammed into their mouths.
We are starting for information and lack any means to do a ingame riot.

Still, CCP has not answered, what is going on with this game really?
