Its neither good gameplay design, nor an exceptionally enjoyable mechanic to have tanks literally rolling over the top of, or underneath you to escape a sure fire kill, and or being able to then turn on you and gun you down from their new position.
Am I not piloting a 40-60 ton vehicle? How are vehciles able to literally drive over top of one another?

but if im killing him and he decide "*** im losing time to ram him!" this isn't fair I remember I once payed a game with my tank "back when they cost a milions and a milita blueberry tank was casing me to troll kill my tank with a ram ended up losing about 3 tanks costed about 5 million in one game not cool I prefer the way it is now and I have used this mecanice to kill rassberry tanks by driving under them while they trying to run into redline to kill me so they cant leave the redline

I would rather Ramming was a tactical choice or last ditch effort than having HAV effectively roll under one another to prevent their enemy firing...... its simply not good gameplay and doesn't make sense.
