I sincerely hope not. What they need to do is make another Light Infantry Suit. The Pilot Suit is completely redundant. |

But that is better accomplished simply by having the Vehicle Skill Tree mirror the Infantry's.
Heavy Frame Vehicles, with Sentenel and Commando Class specialty variants.
Medium Frame Vehicles, with Assault and Logistics Class specialty variants.
Light Frame Vehicles, with Scout and (whatever they come up with to replace the Pilot Suit) Class specialty variants.
A heavily SP invested tanker/DS Pilot, is probably going to be using the Specialty Variants, just like Infantry does. Nothing the occasional Militia tanker can do will touch that. All of the extra bonuses that vehicle users want would then be tied to the specialty variants, just like with Infantry.
Seriously, there's absolutely no need for the Pilot Suit all. |

For my part, I want you to have you're advantages, I'm just offering what I feel is a better way for you to acquire those advantages. Vehicle users already have to spend more SP than Infantry. They already have to spend more ISK than Infantry. Why should they be forced to spend more of both when it's completely unnecessary? |
