This seems pretty bad, all other assault suits have at least base armor or base shields into the 200's, minmatar have neither and the depleted recharge delay is higher even than the caldari... why would anyone chose minmatar over anything else???? Because you can run further???! **** that!

I disagree with that. I love having 100 rounds in my SMG as is and there is many a time when if I had a few more rounds in my CR I would have won an engagement instead of losing it. But I still will miss my +1 armor regen, not enough to leave the class, but it will be missed.
Most tankers are like sand people. They frighten easily, but will quickly return...and in greater numbers.

I think CCP's take on this suit is that they intend it to be out roaming the hills, probably alone.
Ofc that's just pure outtamyass speculation since CCP haven't told us sweetfkall about what they intend for this suit.

Looking at the suit stats,it's basically has become a better light assault having better biotic stats than all other suits in it's frame size,you could probably run for DAYS with two complex stm mods which are alot cheaper in cpu pg than kin cats.
