How can you compare COD's TTK to Dust's TTK. I heard COD's TTK is even faster than BF3's TTK. And Dust's TTK is much, much higher than BF3's TTK.

You can absolutely turn on people in Dust right now. Not to mention, if I flanked you and started shooting you in the back, it only makes sense that you end up dying. But if you have skill, there is enough TTK left to turn around, find cover and kill the guy.

Yeah, I use one. If you can't turn around and kill than that means you got outflanked hard. You should die....it's apart of awareness.

This will take us back many builds to where teamwork and attention to where you're standing was very important. The interesting thing about proto suits being harder to kill is it makes the wearer cocky and overly aggressive. I killed lots of those guys back in the day. When our squadmate in the lower tier suit retreated mr protobear would push when he should have repositioned, and wound up getting shot at from two or three sides.

That is what you call tactics, not blapping everyone as fast as you can press a button.

I just can't wait till 1.8 hits and let's see what the care bears qq bout next. Let's see what other excuses they can come up with for sucking. of course he does but that happens to 95% of the dust community. Nerf damage and increase TTK, they wouldn't stand a chance.

Point is, you guys say that you don't have time to react.....you saw the dude had the total drop on me and did the damage he did and I had time to react.

How is it logical that a guy with 200ehp can go up against a guy with 800ehp and not expect to die fast???

We were both using ARs...wtf are you talking about? The point is he started shooting first and he is one of the better shots in the game. And we're both using protos, derp....it was a pc match.

Why ARs don't count?? All of these weapons are getting nerfed...not to mention that if my calculations are correct, the AR has a higher DPS than the combat rifle.

The dude died int he first vid because he had less than 300ehp. That is a **** suit.....but the idea that you are clearly missing is that he could have killed me if I didn't REACT when I did. But nerfing damage and increasing TTK..dude wouldn't even have a chance.

Because it would take him longer to do the damage that he did, which means that I have more time to react and smoke his 300ehp suit. Newbies and low ehp suit players will still get smoked. Difference is, they have less of a chance.

The first video? Yea, he died fast because he had 200hp. My point of the video is that I had time to react when he got the drop on me. 1v1s face to face usually last longer.

When someone gets the drop on you, they have a supreme advantage and you should barely have time to react.

At least my consolation prize for no respec is that I get to be OP as **** for 3 or 4 months

TTK in this game is ******, and the rifle nerfs are a NUDGE in the right direction.

If you combine the nudge with the removal of aim assist and a buff to strafe speeds this game might be more than a gank fest.
