The primary reason Minmatar suits have issues is because they gave the Caldari both shield buffer and shield regen. I'll keep saying it until CCP gives us a dev blog stating that the Minmatar will become the hit and run kings and have the fastest shield regeneration of all suit.

The only thing I would say is to change the Assault suit slot layouts, give everyone 8 slots then divie them as such.
C: 5,3
A: 3,5
G: 3,5
M: 4,4
This follows the conventions for other Proto Tier suits such as the Commando, Sentinel and Scout and gives the Minmatar that dual tank flexibilty we are supposed to be known on the ground for.
Unless your a Computer Scientist don't tell me how Game Mechanics Work.

So you want the current logi suit slot layout for high/low on the assaults. That would be nice, but I would even take 4/3 high/low on my Min assault, having Caldari assault getting 5/2 since they are the true shield tankers, and Minmatar are supposed to be slightly more versatile.
I am here to ask you one question, and one question only: EXPLOSIONS?
