Lets say we stack Gallente fattie against Amarr fattie. All Complex Armor plates in the lows. All HMG, HP, Sentinel skills level 5. Both using Boundless HMG. We'll look at two cases: Complex Damage Mods in hi slots (assuming they don't get nerfed), and the other with Complex Shield Extenders in hi slots (assuming damage mods do get nerfed). We'll take suit resistant and weapon type resistances into account here. Gallente Sentinel with damage mods: 1250.25 Armor, 487.5 shields, 1001.88 DPS, 3.35 speed Amarr Sentinel with damage mods: 1195.5 armor, 450 shields, 1083.85 DPS, 3.22 speed Gallente kills Amarr in 1.729s. Amarr kills Gallente in 1.626s. Amarr wins. Now lets look at shields: Gallente Sentinel with damage mods: 1250.25 Armor, 560.1 shields, 910.8 DPS, 3.35 speed Amarr Sentinel with damage mods: 1195.5 armor, 595.2 shields, 910.8 DPS, 3.22 speed Gallente kills Amarr in 2.062s. Amarr kills Gallente in 1.96s. Amarr wins. You are wrong. No matter what fit you try to put together, Amarr always kills Gallente Sentinel first.
