Also a lot of the SDE is missing content or has incorrect data which leaves me with the task of manually tracking and correcting some stats. First energizer 60% Second stacked 52.14% 1.60 * 1.5214 = 2.4342 Total Percentage bonus * 30 base recharge = ~73 I can't prove this since the content hasn't been released and my own character is not skilled in game with shield recharging :p, but I can say that I did a similar scenario for a basic suit. My test case was a Militia Caldari Medium Frame with 2 energizers at level 1 Shield Recharging (You get module efficiency with each level) First Energizer you get 25.75% extra recharge (1 level in Shield recharging gets you .75% for the basic energizer efficiency) Second gives you 22.38% due to stacking penalty (the SDE mention it has and the game seemingly applies it as well) 1.2575 * 1.2238 = 1.5389285 total stacked bonus for the two energizers 1.5389285 * base recharge of 15 = 23.0839275 which corresponds what Dust gives on it's own fitting screen, if it works for this case, it should work for all cases.
