Oh and CCP it would be nice if you made a "login bonus" for the forums. A post a day for a 6k SP reward each day would be nice. Apparently "Haerr" means "Hare"... Shhh. New players on the forums might educate them and might help develop them into better players They might stay with the game longer and become part of the community in earnest And it might bring a few more positive people into these forums rather then all the jaded people we have now. If you love the game and want it to survive don't say you want people to stay away from the community, well that's my reasoning anyway, but what do I know lol It is better to be thought an idiot, then to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

The forum address is given at login. It doesn't make a big deal of it, but it's there.

I wouldn't mind newbies checking out the section for advice and builds, but based on personal experience, and assuming that CCP actually looks at the forums and takes it to heart, more people posting things that would hurt the game is not the best idea.
