This should be added as a feature if CCP can swing doing it without spending 3 months and pretending like it detracted from other development time.

I have never really thought about it but usually PS are usually open to whomever picks up a controller. I don't remember but does logging in and out of a user account have a password option? I will have to check and if so lock you account and then sign off when you are done, if they want to play DUST have them make their own account. Where are you getting these assumptions from? So...what exactly is the problem here? If they don't care about playing Dust, then why are you worried about them spending your SP? Wouldn't a simple "Don't do that" suffice? Not really here to interrogate you on your personal life, I just don't want CCP wasting time on stuff that isn't really needed. More features are a good thing, but we already have enough "features" that don't work.

You do NOT need the PSN password to get onto your account. You only need it to take the account online. So just leave the account itself unlocked but untick 'remember PSN password' (as long as you remember what it is!). This way your friends can play their saves offline (i.e. single player or local multiplayer) without having access to your Dust account. Of course, this won't let them access any online saves they have.

Have you tried to actually communicate to your roommates about this? You know, like a conversation? Just talk to them about why you don't want them to play this game, explain why it's important to you, and tell them that if they don't listen they won't be able to play your PS3 ever again. Simple. You could also make a new User Account and then copy the Save Data of whatever games they play from your Account to the new Account, so they can play their Save Games on the New Account and not have to touch yours. Then of course you should probably require manual sign in for your account just so they don't go into it.
